We are proud to be a sponsor of this Outreach Program designed for individuals ages 4-18 who have disabilities. It is a community-based soccer skills/games clinic that emphasizes ability over disability, and focuses on safety and fun. Buddies are players from our youth soccer travel club, as well as high school students who assist these players. If your son or daughter is interested in playing, email to get in touch with the program coordinators.
Each year, GRSS provides two scholarships to Glen Rock High School Seniors (one boy and one girl). Those interested must have participated in the GRSS youth travel soccer club at some point in their soccer career and are required to write an essay sharing the impact soccer has had on their growth as a young man or woman. Interested students can pick up an official from Jan Paul in the High School Athletic Department.
We are always looking for current and former players to mentor the younger players in our youth travel soccer club program. We have volunteer opportunities to referee our indoor winter games, serve as a buddy with the top soccer program or help as an assistant trainer at one of our Junior Shooting Stars programs. Interested players must be at least 11 to participate as a volunteer. If you're interested, please contact us at .
